Availing the Online Purchase service
To avail the online purchase facility, the customer must be a registered member of the website.
To register onto the website, the customer shall have to provide their personal information (as defined in the privacy policy) and choose a username and password. The customer would be required to provide us with their name and other details, including but not limited to their email address, contact number, contact address, and other details that would be used for verification purposes.
Customer registration is a one-time process. In case the customer is already a registered member of the website, he/she can sign into their account directly.

In certain exceptional cases, the company might require to manufacture the products sold on the website. In such a scenario, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the member might be delayed by a few days. However, in such cases, we will inform you about the same.

Payment

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.

We do not provide any cash-on-delivery (COD) facilities.
We never ask for any OTP or other sensitive information.
We do not have any authorized representatives other than those, if any, indicated on the website. However, we do have affiliates/referees/influencers who are provided with referral codes only.
